Connected people are at the forefront of change—they are creating innovative ways to work, finding internal efficiencies, identifying hot opportunities and making the most authentic and personal connections with their brand communities. People that are personally connected (i.e. they have a fluency in technology and new media), have a skill set and worldview that is not only relevant to the jobs that they perform, but critical for navigating organizations through the modern marketplace shifts.
The bottom line is that connected people create strong, connected brands and attract others from the same connected tribe. We believe that the brands with the most connected, savvy teams will be the biggest winners in their industries.
