6. Do you crave flexibility, creative control, freedom and the ability to work at your own pace?
Write down how you would design your days if you had complete control.
7. Do you see opportunities where others just see problems?
List a few unmet needs that drive you nuts and the business, service or product you have imagined creating to fill those needs.
8. Do you have a huge sense of “got to”?
Describe a few experiences where you kept going with a dream or vision even in the midst of hardships, skepticism, struggles and obstacles.

I, too, attended your sessions at BIZJAM and now subscribe to your RSS feed.
The post above certainly resonates with me. I have a steadfast belief that true entrepreneurial spirit is what keeps my business alive.
Even in day-to-day operations, opportunities seem to pop out of nowhere and I have an intense desire to chase them down and make some magic happen.
Even others on our executive team view the same opportunities as obstacles or hurdles that eventually send them running the other direction. Yet, I’ll hang on to a possible good thing as if I’ve got a tiger by the tail. That’s how I know I have free-agent DNA.

Joe thanks so much for the great feedback. What a rush to be in a room with so much talent. I was blown away during the workshop following the keynote when we did the interactive strategy sessions. I truly felt like we were able to “juice the genius in the room” and access the minds of all the great business builders at the event. Fun event!
Tracy I love how you describe your huge sense of “got to” as holding on to a tiger by the tail, chasing the heat and magic. I feel the same. I think we are in such a radical time of change that it is causing many people to hold back and play things conservative. if you are willing to change and go after new opportunities with passion you can truly land in some exciting places.
