People are drawn to sales people who are genuine, funny, engaging and interesting rather than working their sales spiel. We don’t all have to be the generic peppy sales person, rather we suggest that you be the best version of yourself. You enjoy what you do and working with people. For the insider, people are not in your way, they’re the reason you’re there.
